Aires Rodrigues has submitted to the Court that the Goa Police which had recently gone overboard in probing certain other cases involving a couple of crores was intentionally dragging its feet while conducting only a superficial probe into this over 55 crore scam by Nilesh Raikar and had not even cared to probe where the accused Nilesh Raikar has diverted and parked those 55 crores.
